Year End Processing Schedule
Leading Retirement Solutions processes trading related requests daily. However, bank closures, office closure, and other holidays can impact trading schedules. Contribution and Distribution processing can also be affected by year end deadlines, requiring additional time for any administrative work to be completed within the plan year.
Year End Office Closures
Our offices will be closed. Support requests received will be responded to on the next full business day.

Year End Processing Schedule
Deadlines for processing to occur before the end of the year. Support requests received after deadline will still be processed timely but may settle after the end of the year.
December 2, 2024 | Deadline to initiate a Required Minimum Distribution (“RMD”). |
November 8, 2024 | Deadline to submit requests to issue force outs due to plan termination. |
December 23, 2024 | Deadline to submit requests for distributions, including In Plan Roth Conversions and In-Service withdrawals. |
December 23, 2024 | Deadline to submit requests for loan withdrawals. |
December 23, 2024 | Deadline to submit requests to correct IRS Form 1099R, stop payments, or check reissues. |
December 27, 2024 | The last day to submit payroll files for processing before end of the year. |
